In order to use the site, the user must accept the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.
General Terms
- Gravity Defiers will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on Gravity Defiers (Gdefiers.com). This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions.
- All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.
- The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Gravity Defiers.
- Request for cancellations of orders once placed on Gdefiers.com shall not be entertained after 12 hours of placing the order.
- All logos, Designs, Content and visuals of Gravity Defiers are the property of the brand and may not be copied or used without permission.

Proprietary Design Framework & Third-Party Assets
Gravity Defiers takes intellectual property rights seriously. Our design pipeline utilizes a mix of original concept creation, custom typography, and legally acquired commercial assets.
Copyright Inquiries (DMCA / Safe Harbor): If any individual or entity believes that a design displayed on our store inadvertently infringes upon a pre-existing trademark or copyright, they are directed to contact us immediately at gravitydefiers.official@gmail.com with proof of ownership. Upon receiving a valid, verified claim, we will immediately review and, if necessary, remove the disputed content.
Dispute Resolution Protocol
In the event that a legal dispute arises between a user, customer, or third party and Gravity Defiers, the following mandatory steps must be taken:
- Step 1: Mandatory Informal Negotiation. The aggrieved party must first notify Gravity Defiers in writing. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a minimum period of thirty (30) days.
- Step 2: Mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to settle through a neutral mediator in Delhi, India.
- Step 3: Jurisdiction. If mediation fails, any formal legal action must be filed within the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
Liability Cap: The total cumulative liability of Gravity Defiers for any claim shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
Order & Payment Policies
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed.
- Gravity Defiers products are sold as casual apparel. We are not liable for minor variances in color, print placement, or fabric texture that occur naturally during production.
- The website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (wrong or incomplete address), any extra cost for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.
- Gravity Defiers will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
Delivery & Complaints
- Gravity Defiers shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery caused by floods, fire, wars, acts of God or causes beyond our control.
- Gravity Defiers shall not entertain any complaints after 72 hours (3 days) once the order is delivered.
- If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs, Gravity Defiers is not liable to pay/refund any amount more than the order value.
User Responsibilities
The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Gdefiers.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and details provided by the user at any point of time. If any details are found not to be true, Gdefiers.com has the right to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.
